Winterborne Whitechurch Village Hall has a range of excellent facilities suitable for a wide range of uses:

Hall can be used for:

Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Christenings, Wakes, Charity Events, Awards & Presentation Evenings, Sports & Social Gatherings, Kids Parties.

The Village Hall Committee reserves the right to refuse any application for the hire or use of the facilities.

The Hall is available to hire for any person from eighteen years old.

Charges:

£9.00 per hour

£5.00 per session for use of the facilities in the kitchen

​

Certain Hires require a £20 deposit required.  This will be returned if the hall is left clean & tidy.

​

Tables (stored under the stage), chairs, cutlery and china are included within the hire of the hall.

Seating:  Restaurant:  60/70 (allowing space for dance floor)

Informal 80/90

Full Bar Facilities are available with two bar people (no alcohol to be brought onto premises)

 

HEATING: It is recommended during the winter months that the heating should be turned on one hour before the event.  Heating is operated by a timer switch.

Dimensions of the hall are 42 feet x 25 feet not including the stage

The stage dimensions are 25 feet x 8 foot 6 inches

 

SMOKING or INHALERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HALL

Winterborne Whitechurch Village Hall can be booked from 8am until Midnight. Bookings are made in 1 hour slots.
